"MYTRIP.COM IS A FRAUD ORGANIZATION, NEVER BOOK A TICKET WITH THEM. BEWARE.\r\n\r\nI book my flight online from Mytrip which cost me $3,243.71 USD and I and my two minor kids were supposed to fly from from Abuja Nigeria to Toronto and our departure date was on 28th July 2024, time 10:22 . We arrive at the airport about 6:10 PM Nigerian time, we processed our luggage and upon approaching the Lufthansa counter for checkin the officer requested for my flight booking details and after I handed it over to him, he responded that we can not fly tonight that our booking has 2 Schengen (EU) stopover and I was startled and said to them that I have a Canadian work visa and my two minor kids has their visas as well, then the officer was saying that I can only from from Abuja to Frankfurt and to Toronto and that I can not fly from Abuja to Frankfurt to Paris and from Paris to Toronto. I asked them what can I do in the present circumstance? they said that I should call my travel agency and I quickly start to reach out to Mytrip to report to them about my circumstance. Fortunately when I finally reached Mytrip Customer support they said I should not worry that they understand how I feel and that I should hangon so that he can discuss with his superior and after some minutes he returned back and said to me that he is sorry that there is nothing that the can do that I should return to the airline that they have the power and right to get me on board the airplane. I quickly returned to the airline and the airline send me to their ticketing unit and to my surprise, they said that I will have to pay additional N6,800,000.00 if I will be on the flight. I am shocked because their was not prior information or notification made to me at any point that I need to obtain any further document to complete the trip and Mytrip has completely ignored all my complain and plea. I need help as I can not watch my hard earned money stolen from me just like that. \r\n\r\nI need help to recover my hard earned $3,243.71 USD."

"I had an extremely poor experience with My Trip. We booked a round-trip flight from Israel to Germany with Lufthansa through them. The return flight, scheduled for August 3rd, was canceled due to the security situation. Lufthansa offered us an alternative flight with a layover in Greece, but that flight was also canceled.We first contacted My Trip on August 12th, and the agent told us that the request was being processed and that we would be contacted via email. A month has passed since then, and no one has contacted us. We haven\u2019t received any email, not even in the spam folder. On September 3rd, we called again, and this time we were told to contact Lufthansa to verify the flight cancellation. We spoke to Lufthansa again, and they confirmed that they had already sent all the necessary details to My Trip.We contacted My Trip again, and the first agent didn't know how to assist us and transferred us to his supervisor. We were placed in a queue with 56 people ahead of us, and after waiting for over two hours, there was no response. It\u2019s unreasonable that, a month after the flight was canceled, we still haven\u2019t received any refund.It\u2019s unbelievable how much time and frustration is required just to get a refund that we are entitled to. The service we received was terrible, and it\u2019s clear that My Trip is not a reliable company. It\u2019s better to book directly with the airline, even if it costs a bit more, at least there\u2019s someone to talk to."

But if ull try with other accounts, u can see the same price even after 6-8 hours.
