“Had Danny at Putney. Spent his time finding out what I wanted, and spoke to me about what might suit me, very consultative and didn't feel rushed at all. He made the customer experience great, I felt really relaxed and looked after. Cut looks great, will definitely use again. Easily the best salon I've visited.”

“Jo in Canary Wharf did a fab job on my hair! She was really patient with my long tangled mess, listened to what I wanted and gave good advice. Great cut and lovely blow-dry. I'll be back!”

“I really like this salon. Everyone is super friendly -from the receptionist to the stylists and assistants. Molly did my hair recently and she did a great job of sitting down with me and really listening to what I wanted to do. She gave me great advice, options on ways forward and talked me through the whole thing! The products they use, the massage chair and the complimentary head massage made everything feel very lux! Thanks again! Ask for Molly if you want an updated style for the upcoming holidays!”

“Canary Wharf salon was amazing - great customer service and Jo who cut my hair was amazing - I didn't know what I wanted exactly to do with my hair but she gave a great advice and know my hor looks so nice! Very happy.”

“Just walked in off the street (Putney branch) on a Tueaday afternoon and been really pleased with the service from start to finish. Everyone is really friendly and Lacie (who cut my hair) is super lovely and did a really good job. Thank you!”

“I have been going to Putney branch for over a year now and I am very happy with the service. Dylan cuts and colours my hair and he is getting better every time. In fact he has been promoted to senior stylist recently. Well done Dylan. I was expecting it and I am glad I was amongst those who discovered his creative talent and expressed it in my reviews. Good luck on your colour degree exams Dylan and all the best as a senior stylist.”

“Amazing service. Very friendly. Would definitely recommend and would go back. Rihanna was so nice and very chatty, took an interest in what I do and generally seemed to care. Love my hair!!!!! Went from long to short and got loads of products recommended. Love love love !!!!!”
