“Quality products which matched our needs.and accurately described on the website. Straightforward ordering and payment process. Quick delivery. On,ly minor point - a prior confirmation of delivery date would have been helpful as a large box was left, unsigned for, outside the delivery address. Arrangenments could have been made to meet the delivery.”

“Great piece of furniture and delivery guys really good. Would have liked a notification of delivery date ahead of them turning up but other than that experience was good. Have not marked delivery questions as was not given a specific dellivery date.”

“Delivery was poorly managed. The delivery man phoned at 7.30 am which I missed becuase there was no ring. Then when I realised that I had missed a call and I called him back at 8.30 am, he said that he is already on site waiting for me. So, I went there and he was nowhere to be seen. After several additional phone calls, he eventually arrived at about 10 am which means that I and 3 other persons had to wiat for about one and a half hour for delivery when he said that he is already on site. Then the anchors were not included in the delivery. what a terrible service.”

“Extremely fast delivery, very well wrapped and the noticeboard is absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend. In addition, when I put the notice board up, I noticed that I must have thrown away the plastic corners which covered the screw holes by accident. I got in touch with the customer services, and I was absolutely blown away when the lady who dealt with me said that they will be sending me the replacement free of charge. I cannot recommend this company enough, absolutely brilliant customer service. Many thanks.”
