“Quality products which matched our needs.and accurately described on the website. Straightforward ordering and payment process. Quick delivery. On,ly minor point - a prior confirmation of delivery date would have been helpful as a large box was left, unsigned for, outside the delivery address. Arrangenments could have been made to meet the delivery.”

“Extremely fast delivery, very well wrapped and the noticeboard is absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend. In addition, when I put the notice board up, I noticed that I must have thrown away the plastic corners which covered the screw holes by accident. I got in touch with the customer services, and I was absolutely blown away when the lady who dealt with me said that they will be sending me the replacement free of charge. I cannot recommend this company enough, absolutely brilliant customer service. Many thanks.”

“Easy to order online and good quality product. It was delivered on 16th July after I was told to expect it in week beginning 19th July and I could have been away. It was not put in the unlocked porch as requested (and shown on PDF Invoice) but that note did not appear on the addresses on the packaging....that could have been a problem as the package was left outside but no blame to the person who delivered it. I received a PDF of the invoice "INV-036835" today but only the Seated Furniture logo and red letter message that this '….is copy for your VAT records' prints out, so I am unable to hold printed details of your invoice with my name address and the ARMCH order. However payment of £119.46 went from my account 13.07.2021. and this is recorded on my credit card payments and I have details of the item on the despatch note I am happy with the end result, thank you.”
