“ We are extremely annoyed at the customer service we have received from them not replying to our emails and putting the phone down on occasions, which is so rude. ”

“ I do hope the COVID experience of many guests is sorted out as I had great experience with customer service after Fantastic trip to Iceland. An excursion was cancelled and they sorted out a refund quickly and without fuss. Dealt with questions, queries etc quickly and we had a great time. Shame about these reviews, hope it gets sorted for people. ”

“ I DONT WANT to cancel but the hotel is in lockdown so the service I have paid for is not available. ”
