“Bought a 9 tog duvet. Beautifully made, so comfortable, great quality. Took a few weeks to arrive, but the team kept us posted of its arrival date. When it did come, lovely note inside. Couldn’t recommend highly enough”

“It took me a couple of months to decide whether to buy or not because of the price. Now I wish I had bought my linen sooner! It’s well worth the money. The material is soft. It is of a very high quality and washes well. I’ve had amazing sleep on these. I will definitely be buying more from you for all the rooms. The tea bag was a wonderful touch! Beautiful product, very quick service. Couldn’t ask for more.”

“Fab service, had a small issue with one of our items, let the company know and they immediately arranged for a swap and 4 days later I had a brand new sheet and the courier took away the old sheet at Secret Linen want to look into the defect to try and stop it from happening again. Couldn't ask for anymore really!”

“Such a lovely company to deal with. I ordered the teal linen and they sent me duck egg by mistake. One quick phone call to a very friendly and helpful person, and less than 24 hours later I had the correct colour (which I love, and which seems to be very good quality) and the wrong one had been collected at the same time. They also included a hand written note of apology. Combined with the beautiful presentation of the products in the package, this really feels like a company that cares about it's customers and wants to please them. Mistakes happen, but when they're dealt with like this it's really no big deal, and it leaves a very good impression.”
