“I had to wait a long time for my order but this was due to bad weather and Covid. It was wonderful to speak to a real person, based in the UK when I phoned to chase up my order. The lady was apologetic, helpful and completely reassuring at a time when I’ve had some really bad experiences with other online companies. My order has arrived, excellent product and well priced. I will definitely use again.”

“I was worried about buying and read a lot of reviews prior to buying. I normally have high thread count cotton from John Lewis, but the colours are limited and I fancied something different. I am very happy with my duvet cover, bottom sheet, pillowcases and blankets. Be careful when ordering cushion covers, I bought the spice coloured waffle blanket and the spice coloured knitted cushion cover thinking they would be the same colour, they are not. Other than that, I loved the paper packaging and the products arrived in good time.”

“I am over the moon with my blush linen sheets. Having never had linen before I was intruiged to find out how they would feel and my partner was very dubious. However they are pure luxury, heavier than cotton, yet cooler and definitely no need to iron. Even my boyfriend loves them and that is saying something! Service was great and Secret Linen even collected return for nothing as I live in the middle of nowhere. I will undoubtedly be ordering from them again”
