“Very disappointed with product. Linen was not soft as described. Duvet cover split after washing, so much so I am going to have it made into tablecloth’s .”

“I was very impressed with the quality of the bedlinen and also customer service. Unfortunately the linen I ordered was the wrong colour and had to be returned. The customer service was brilliant and very reactive, unlike a lot of online companies who have to be chased up for receipt of returns and refunds Secret Linen were exemplary. I would highly recommend Secret Linen.”

“I noticed quality of sheets from SLS when working in a laundry catering for holiday lets. Pleased with products received and packaging etc. The sheet is superb but does need a cotton matress cover underneath to stop it sliding and coming off the corners. Thats on a memory foam mattress.”

“Loved my linen duvet cover and pillowcases. Beautiful colours and the French blue is a lovely shade of dark grey which I was hoping for. Surprised how warm and soft the bedding is and will be the way forward for me now. Generous sizes too”

“I purchased a waffle throw after seeing an article in The Times about your yellow item. I was so impressed that I now have another in blue. Great value and extremely warm in this cold climate. The quality and size of the throws is impressive. It has really cheered up a boring bed. I intend to purchase further items. The quality, price and delivery arrangements are excellent. DPD are the best courier service and add to the great service you provide. Well done! Brian”
