“My order was not delivered over 6 weeks later. I didn’t receive a single notification about the delay. Eventually got money back as I clearly wasn’t going to receive the order. Customer service however was excellent!”

“The quality of these products is absolutely excellent. Gorgeous fabrics, very comfortable bed linen which has helped with my overheating problems! I have MS and often suffer with uncomfortable temperature changes, since buying our first lovely set, we have now bought more! Well worth the investment for a lovely nights sleep :-) PS Had a slight problem with a tear that developed. The staff were absolutely fantastic and dealt with the problem really professionally and quickly. Thank you so much for such lovely products :-)”

“Absolutely Love, love love this exquisitely soft bed linen. I feel so happy climbing in to bed at night. The aesthetic is as amazing as the quality. During this pandemic I think, for me personally, having a beautifully made up bed to climb into at the end of a challenging day gives me a little pocket of joy.... it’s the little things! “You converted me from high street bed linen purchase because you stock beautiful bed linen. I normally buy white, so it is brilliant. I shy away from buying colours unless it is the first item, so I can then match other linen to it, because of the difficulty matching colours online. If your website offered various colour matches for the duvet covers to sheets and accessories, that would be really helpful. I recently had cause to contact your customer services and they were brilliant. I recommend you to everyone.”

“Lovely products and amazing customer service - some of the best I've received in a very long time. The curtains we received were faulty (due to extra seams in the wrong places!) and they were replaced with only a small hiccup from the courier company, and a chocolate bar in the new package - what's not to like. Very friendly and approachable staff and amazing duvet cover and curtains to enjoy. Highly recommend.”
