“I love the feel of your linen and I have been sleeping in pure linen for the last 16 years . Also it is refreshing to have such a range of colours from which to choose . Also the kind and helpful response from your staff when I phone and I do love to be able to phone ,as an option , if I have a question to be answered and it’s on the spot .”

“I’m really happy with the valance I bought. The linen is lovely and the price is fair. I also LOVE that this is a british company who makes its goods in Portugal. It’s really important to me that what I buy is made in a country with a good human rights record. I’m boycotting things made in China, which is why I was so pleased to see that you are in collaboration with Portugal. Well done in having good company ethics.”

“I ordered the duck egg linen curtains. They are so good I ordered a second pair in pink. Lovely heavy material and drape beautifully. Also delighted to see European links maintained. So pleased to have discovered secret linen”

“The service is great. However I have been driven mad by whatever I order turning up and not being the colour I expected. 3 purchases, 3 disappointments. The conclusion I have come to is that without fabric samples to look at I am never going to get this right as it is impossible to get anything accurate from an internet picture. So I am going to wait until proper shops open again and I can actually see what I am buying. No more internet frustrations! And I can’t be bothered to keep sending stuff back either - I just now have a load of very expensive dust sheets. (Sorry for the grump).”

“Beautiful linen and very helpful staff. Unfortunately I had to return my order as the vintage rose did not go with the colours in my bedroom as I had hoped. The lady I spoke with when I called Secret Linen was extremely helpful and friendly, The return process was very easy and I had a refund within a couple of days. I am about to reorder in a different colour and look forward to enjoying the lovely linen this summer.”

“I absolutely love the duvet cover and pillowcases, they are great quality and well made. The whole experience of dealing with Secret Linen Store is A1 from start to finish (I even did Dad's sudoku in the newsletter!). We've promised ourselves a brushed cotton set for autumn 2021.
