“Stay well away from these 3 party robbers, paid for 3 items, recieved 2 parcels other was left outside amd stolem or the driver had it back.
Refused to refund or replace the jacket, never ever use this company. Customer service is a joke, they take days to reply to emails, and all they do is keep lieing to me.

“Never use the company again be warned everyone, ordered 6 pairs Mens shoes for a wedding party. Unsuitable so I returned all six pairs, I noticed they had refunded me for two so got on to customer service, what a joke no help at all, all they kept saying was that I only returned 4 pairs, but they only refunded for two anyway. Had to go through PayPal in the end and managed to get a refund, waited almost two weeks though waiting for secret sales to put there case forward but nothing. I will be getting in touch with trading standards as how many people have been ripped off?”
“This company can only be contacted via email, they promise a response within 24 hours.... it doesn't happen. Order still showing as processing, no tracking and no response to my emails requesting information of my order's whereabouts. Anyone that doesn't receive orders/refunds should not just leave a bad review on this site but take action, as I shall be doing. Pursue this company for acting fraudulently and do not simply accept that you have lost money. They need to understand that their company will be ultimately found out; their unscrupulous way of doing business will be uncovered.”
“The package arrived opened and one item is missing. After painfully long conversations with the Customer Service, the rest of the parcel arrived after two weeks. Because the garment arrived much later than when I expected to wear it, I asked for a free return BUT THEY DIDN'T REPLIED. Again, I will contact my bank for this disservice on their behalf. They are a ridicolous and totally unprofessional company!”
