“Have ordered a t-shirt and it was too small. I emailed your customer service team who were more than helpful. I have got the exchange ready to post. The only thing that would have made it simpler is if that you could have emailed a returns label so that I would not have to pay for the return postage”

“Seek products are good quality and postage is quick. I did have a slight issue with a mistake made, however I cannot complain how this was resolved in the end via personally contacting me via email with appologies and understanding what my concern was regarding and offering applicable resovlement not just an unworthy gesture of goodwill as some retailers do. Would still after this recommend, so that is saying something.”
