Item arrived too small and poor quality. Apparently not able to return so stuck with overpriced item I can’t use.

A don’t know cause a haven’t received it yet, was meant to be delivered on Saturday the 23rd of November

Evening Liam, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review today. I have just looked into this for you and can see that your order was placed on 20th November at 7:57pm, with this being after 3:00pm your order was dispatched on November 21st. With you selecting 48 Hour Tracked delivery via the Royal Mail your order is scheduled to be delivered on 25th November. Tracked 48 Hour delivery is a working day delivery service meaning Monday-Friday. With your order being dispatched on Thursday 21st November the first working day was Friday and then the second working day is due to be Monday which is when delivery will be attempted on your order. This would have been highlighted to yourself at our checkout via the expected day of delivery field we have available when selecting your delivery method. For the order to of been delivered on Saturday then our DPD Saturday Delivery option would of needed to of been purchased at the checkout. I am extremely sorry for your confusion regarding this issue however should you require any further assistance please do not hesitate to get back in touch with our customer service team via info@seekattire.co.uk

Afternoon Williamina Thank you for taking the time to leave your review, however we are extreamly sorry under such circumstances. Unfortunately SEEK Attire is not in control of what is displayed at the checkout regarding Klarna payment methods. Klarna does its very own checks before offering pay later or pay in 3 monthly instalments, this is down to a number of factors and all this information can be found on our Klarna page located in the footer of our website. I can also see that you still completed your order despite this payment method not showing at the checkout and that your order was shipped on 13th November and delivered on 15th November. Clothes were ill fitting in multiple areas. The logo was too big and stiff and itchy. The design upon arrival wasnt as rad as it appeared online. Will never buy again.
