Everything is good, just the shipping and billing is very bad because when your billing address is different to your shipping address it automatically makes the shipping address the same as the billing one. In which case this causes problems because the parcel is being delivered to the wrong place and theres nothing you can do about it. Other than that its all good

Morning Thank you for leaving your review however I am extreamly sorry under these circumstances. I have had our DEV team look into this for you and can confirm that both billing and shipping addresses can be different when placing your order, this would not amend automatically and will populate each field with what is provided by the customer at the time of making the order. Looking at your order within our admin we can see that the shipping address provided was the same as the billing which means your order was shipped to this address and unfortunately with the Royal Mail we are unable to stop an order from being delivered once in their control. Only with DPD express services do we have the ability to request the change of address / return of a parcel back to our warehouse. Once again we apologise greatly for any inconvenience caused however should you require any further assistance please do not hesitate to get in touch via our customer support email which is info@seekattire.co.uk.

Good service. Shocking they don’t have prepaid returns like most fashion website but good selection.

Morning Danny Thank you for taking the time to leave your review today, however I am extremely sorry under these circumstances. I have just looked into your order for you and can see that with you making the order at 4:43pm on Friday 01/02/2019 which is after our 3:00pm cut off for same day dispatch your order was dispatched on 04/02/2019 and with second class delivery this usually takes up to 5 working days which means your order should be with you no later than 11/02/2019. All information regarding delivery timescales can be found by visiting our deliveries page - https://www.seekattire.co.uk/delivery-returns-i5 You should have received a couple of emails from us 1 regarding your order confirmation and then a second when the order was dispatched which holds your order details and tracking information, these may have been forwarded to your junk folder potentially so it may be worth checking that folder to see if this issue has occured. Hi Alan, thank you for taking the time to leave your review. With shipping to Ireland most online retailers use a standard untracked Royal Mail delivery service which can take a number of days to arrive. Here at SEEK Attire we use an express 2 working day delivery service with DPD at a cost of £9.99, we actually make a loss on this delivery fee as it is actually more expensive than what we list it as meaning we actually assist our customers by lowering the cost of the delivery service. The reason why we use this service is so that full tracking information is issued to prevent the loss of a parcel as many address issues happen with Ireland due to the way some address are listed throughout the country. We will note this and upon further meetings with DPD and look to see if we can somehow get the delivery fee reduced even further. Kind Regards SEEK Attire

Very quick and easy to check out only disappointment was in bought a top in the Black Friday and few days later it was even cheaper, overall good service

The order arrives very quickly and the products were good quality, I only encountered problems when trying to return an item, this has been resolved now and overall I was happy with my order.

Hi Anthony, First of all thank you for spending the time to write your review regarding the service we have provided. I have just looked into this for you and will try to explain the best I can for what has happened. You made the order on Saturday 29th July at 11:42 with Saturday Delivery via DPD unfortunately this was not possible to proceed with as this would be a same day delivery service that we unfortunately do not provide. For this to of been with you for Saturday the order would have needed to of been made before 3:00pm Friday afternoon as explained on our delivery page. What we done for you is dispatched the order Monday on a Next Working Day Service and after tracking your order with DPD we can see that you receive the order on Tuesday meaning we got the order to you in the quickest time that we possibly could have.
