“having a wide variety of new up and coming brands. The customer service was very speedy and personalised. the only improvement i can give, is to maybe let the buyer know if the order is a pre-order or not, i was unaware when i purchased my Fresh Couture t shirt, and expected it to be delivered quick, but it was only a pre order and in fact took 3 weeks!, not that this is a problem, i would have just liked to have been told about it.”

“Unfortunately I received a faulty item that had sold out upon returning, after exchanging emails with Scott we where able to resolve the issue with no problems at all and pre order the same tshirt when back in stock and have one sent out immediately. Great customer service!”
