“After the bad reviews i was i two minds to order but glad i did. Arrived quickly. Items as described really happy with them. Only advice I have is the leggings are slightly big so I'd recommend a smaller size. Would definatly shop again thankyou.”

“I went to select in lewisham shopping center a few sundays ago and boy I was satisfied. First when I went there nobody paid me any mind…..however, I couldn’t find my sizes in the stuff I loved so I left. I went back about an hour later and saw a lady who I assumed wasn’t on the shop floor before and she smiled and so I saw her putting up some stuff and she asked if I was ok, I then started telling her how I couldn’t find anything…..she got to work and that lady who I found out later is the deputy manager Maureen. She didn’t stop until I got about three complete outfits and a shoe. I left so happy, I just wanna take this opportunity to give her a shout out and a very huge thank you and encourage ladies to shop there and you will be extra happy especially if you see that lovely lady Maureen…”

“Actually really impressed with some of the quality, the sizing can be a bit dodgy but only slightly. I brought some dresses which had the best quality and looked amazing on however the bodysuits looked on the cheaper side and were slightly small but i have kept them.”

“The staff in Newcastle u lyme branch are lovely Great clothes cheap.prices which means I can have more and recycle the worn ones to charity ...the only problem I have is they dont do cash refund.”

“Have always bought clothes from there select sales which have been delivered promptly. Refund into bank account straight away when item out of stock. No problems. Still happy to shop at select.”

“I placed an order on the website, then was looking through the social media pages and reviews on google. This worried me as I expected a problem but I cannot complain, the order came within 3 days, everything was packaged correctly & of a decent quality. The only issue was tracking the delivery information but that was due to a high amount of people using the website, but when I contacted select they replied straight away and kept me up to date with the information! Would recommend.”

“The trousers that I purchased will be returned. I do not like the cut. To short in the crouch area. Love the fit of the sweater. Customer service could be better but was acceptable.”

“I bougt pair of shoes but later I changed my mind and went back to return I had my receipt and shoes were in resaleable condition but lady refused to give me credit note she told me I will only have to exchange with something else. I had really bad experience and I eventually have stopped buying from select because I feel if I buy something and it doesn't fit me then I won't be getting my money back. I had terrible experience this happend in store which is located in birmingham city centre.”

“I had signed up for a code which offered me free delivery and 15% off my clothing. that was fine then i went to check out my order and as i live in Scotland it had said i had to pay £6.00!!! delivery which is shocking considering bigger brands of women's clothing like prettylittlething, missguided etc. cost at the most £4 for delivery to me! i then emailed the select fashion customer services for advice as i do not understand why you would give people a code when that code is not valid for everywhere (very misleading). i was then sent back a email saying that the charge for Scotland can not be changed etc. well i'm truly sorry but why in gods name would you be handing out free delivery and 15% off when it does not apply to everyone. not only that but i had to spend £20 to get the 15% off! i needed these trousers as they were the only ones i saw anywhere that i liked so i was certain to get them for a upcoming event i have before it was too late. i am truly disappointed with this and am seriously considering never shopping here again which is a pity as i love their clothes. i never have once written a bad review on anywhere but this was an absolute joke and completely misleading.”

“had a credit note for a blouse I had returned...which was fine I was happy to use it again. when I went in store a few days later to buy a dress I paid the extra six pounds towards the credit note ( total £19-99) when I went home to try the dress it was to big. called in the store for a refund expecting the credit note of £ 13-99 & £6 in cash to be told we do not refund cash all the amount will be pit on a credit note surely this is wrong ......can anyone advise please”

“Just made my 3rd attempt at ordering from Select... 1st time, 1 item was unavailable, 2nd time none were available and 3rd time, 1 unavailable. It's very annoying as you think you are getting value for your money when you make a multi order under one delivery price. Having to make a second order elsewhere for the things that were unavailable. Definitely considering not purchasing from here again. Value is great as long as you receive it.”
