Ignore tickets. Close them and don't reply.
Can't seem to read a prescription correctly and messes up orders.
Tried to get a small problem I have fixed but no point in creating new tickets when customer service just ignores customers.
If this is how you treat a small basic order. Then who dears to order more specialised glasses and frames?!”

“The glasses are perfect, they were a little tight on the nose but that was down to me not taking accurate measurements. The lenses, varifocal were perfect. I would use again only next time take more care in frame measurement. Living in Ireland delivery was reasonably quick, information on delivery good and tracking was available.
