“WAS FED UP WITH LOSING OUT WHEN SELLING BACK UNUSED CURRENCY TO TRAVEL AGENTS, AND CAME ACROSS THIS SITE.I HAVE USED IT THREE TIMES NOW, AND EACH TIME I AM EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH, NOT ONLY THE GOOD RATE OF EXCHANGE, BUT THE SERVICE.VERY EASY TRANSACTION FROM START TO FINISH. I OPTED FOR THE SELF POST, WHICH WAS EASY.I POSTED ON THE MONDAY SPECIAL DEL.GOT AN EMAIL FIRST THING TUES TO SAY MY CURRENCY HAD ARRIVED SAFELY(WHICH WAS A HUGE RELIEF), A SECOND EMAIL, A COUPLE OF HOURS LATER TO SAY MY CURRENCY HAD BEEN COUNTED AND VERIFIED, THEN NOT LONG AFTER, AN EMAIL TO SAY MY PAYMENT HAD BEEN PROCESSED. AND HEY PRESTO, MY CHEQUE ARRIVED 9AM WEDNESDAY. NOW THATS WHAT I CALL VERY GOOD SERVICE INDEED.I AM SO GLAD I FOUND THIS SITE. SO MUCH BETTER THAN THE POOR RATE THE TRAVEL AGENTS OFFER. I AM RECOMMENDING THIS SITE TO ALL MY FRIENDS. AND I WILL BE USING THIS SITE AGAIN, THATS FOR SURE.IT WAS A PLEASURE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.”

“The only problem I had was that my envelope didn't arrive until the Friday so I couldn't send it back until the Monday so I was outside of the agreed days but on a positive the rate had gone up so I gained. Excellent service and I would highly recomend it to everyone with holiday money left. Thank you folks.”

“Was quoted a good rate (better than local banks, PO or M&S) Agreed the trade and received the pre-paid envelope the following day. Sent the currency via tracking as per instructions. Received a cheque for the agreed amount, plus postage, the following day. So, 3 days for the entire transaction, start to finish. Very happy with the overall process, and will definitely use SUYC again in future.”

“Good company to deal with . Contacted them on sunday and got my cheque the following saturday . Would have given 5 stars , but if you want the agreed exchange rate you must get your currency back to them within 4 working days . I feel this should be extended to 5 days as i only received my return envelope on the third day .This caused me no problems but i could see this not working for someone who is out all day .”

Dear Mr Davis Thanks you for your kind review. We appreciate your comments about our 4 day rate guarantee and would say that we are very lenient when it comes to imposing the guarantee. We also take into account if a booking has been made after our postal hours on a day. In most cases we only apply the guarantee if it is actually better for the customers payout value, unless it is clearly late. We also add extra days where appropriate at Xmas, New Year and bank holidays. Our policy is to try our best to always give the best rate we can. Thanks again for your great review SUYC Team

“Could not ask for a better service - one of the best I have ever received regarding currency transactions! They kept you informed via email with every process - I had no need to contact them for any reason. I received my secure envelope from SUYC on a Friday, sent it back to them special delivery on Monday p.m, they confirmed they received it on Tuesday a.m. and I received my cheque on Wednesday - and they had even repaid my postage! Well done SUYC for providing such an efficient service - I will certainly be using you again in the future.”
