I ordered for delivery on the 30 th Jan , order number 2689 to address in Braintree essex which they have not received !!!? I am at a loss as this person is dealing with a very serious health condition and the fact they have not received my order of freesia bouquet ( delux price ) is deeply upsetting . If your not going to full fill your obligation to address this issue then I would like a refund or a delivery of my original order . I have rang you twice and left my telephone number as I am currently in France .
