Ordered 24 roses and 2 mini bears. Flowers were poor quality on delivery and only 1 bear received. Contacted the company to request the second bear and they said they were unable to send it so could only offer a refund. Totally illogical as I could go online and order one, so nothing stopping them sending it out.

When I asked for an explanation they said I could receive a refund or redelivery of the flowers I had ordered, but they would not even guarantee the redelivery date! They breched their contract with me to deliver on a specific date (their T&Cs say an additional 24 hours may be possible, but they didn't even deliver within that period).

Very poor service. I ordered in the evening and asked to change the date of delivery first thing the following morning but I was advised that was not possible despite giving a full day’s notice as delivery was the day after the order was placed. I was told I could not change the delivery date and I was not entitled to a refund. I will not be using them again.

I have used this company for a number of years, recently they changed their delivery service to Evri, the worse thing that ever happened twice now flowers have been lost and its not the company that re-imburses you they state you have to get the refund from EVRI. I will never use this lot ever again. Still awaiting a refund, I am not holding my breath.

My order was not delivered, impossible to get hold of someone to explane to me what happened. Finally found an e-mail but no answer. Connot get a refund. I am extremely dissapointed.

So far Serenata has done nothing to solve it and does everything to prevent me from getting a refund, which they obviously owe me.

Roses came broken. Emailed with photo evidence of both broken roses and the box that was near broken in half. Was offered 10% refund for 1 broken roses. Shambles DO NOT USE!

They have refused to give me a refund, Then this morning I received a condensing email from a customer services manager ( thats a joke in itself ) "I want to extend my sincere apologies for any inconvenience you may have experienced with the delivery method.

I had to ask for a refund for the difference and to please deliver the Orchid today - Wednesday delivery.
