“Brett is a superb professional and has provided excellent treatment. What lets down Serenity is an obnoxious receptionist. When trying to book an extraction for an implant she (the receptionist) was unhelpful, overbearing, argumentative and rude. Subsequently the appointment was not booked. Hardly an example of the word 'serenity'.”
