“The advertising is misleading and the communication is poor. It was unclear to me that it was digital download, and that facts ws not communicated to me in a timeley manner when I complained; and by that time the download had "expired" seen in that light this purchase was almost a scam. I eventually repurchased it and was able to download it correctly.”

Nothing is misleading, poor, or a scam. As stated on the website in multiple locations, this is a digital download only. The product page you purchased from mentions "download," "PDF," or "link" a total of ten times. Additionally, the main image has a giant watermark that says "PDF DOWNLOAD" on it. I do not understand how you could possibly think this was anything else. Immediately after purchase the link was available on the website and you received multiple emails with download instructions. There was no need to repurchase anything, you could have simply emailed us and asked to reopen the download link.
