Sorry to hear that, but I'm not sure how you could not know what you were purchasing. As stated on the website in multiple locations, this is a digital download only. The product page you purchased from mentions "download," "PDF," or "link" a total of ten times. Additionally, the main image has a giant watermark that says "PDF DOWNLOAD" on it.

“Ordered a manual for 2019 gmc canyon. Received the manual with the wrong engine. E-mailed for support took more than 24 hours to respond. When I finally received a response it was the same manual sent again. I started the refund process with pay pal. Tried to reach out again when I received the review email , no response. Manual with the wrong engine type does not help”

Hi Shaun, We only ever received one email from you, months after your purchase. You purchased a digital download for a service manual for a 2019 GMC Canyon. That's exactly what you received. I responded to you to tell you that the manual covers models with 2.5L Gas and 2.8L Diesel engines and asked what engine you needed a manual for. You never responded to that email. If you need additional assistance, please respond to our email.

“It's genuine. It works great. On my Mac, I can search for a word and find it quickly, but when I search for a two words, Preview finds only the first one. Honestly, this is no problem. Acrobat Reader will find the whole string after taking a bit longer in the search. Bookmarks work fine with Acorbat Reader. I had to add bookmarks for Preview. Still, no problem. The I am happy and would buy another one.”

“I rebuilt the engine on my wife's 2010 mxz 1200. This was my first time rebuilding a 4 stroke . This Manuel guided me step by step Thrue the entire project from torque s to timing this 0 clearance motor.it gave me everything I needed to get her sled back on the trails.”
