I'm sorry you wanted a printed copy of the manual. Unfortunately, what you purchased was a digital download. As stated on the website in multiple locations, this is a digital download only. The page you purchased from has the words "download," "PDF," or "link" on it a total of 10 times. Additionally, the main image has a giant "DOWNLOAD FILE PDF" watermark on it.
