“after making a payment and being advised 100% id have a loan, I didn't end up with any kind of loan at all. also ended up being bombarded with texts and constant phone calls from far TOO many loan companies.
not helpful, just ended up being more stressed than before.”
“Everything got very confusing. I wasn't aware it would cost so much as on the phone longer than thought. Was told £5 would come out of bank but not if i didn't have the funds. It did anyway and made me over drawn. Still didn't get a loan after it all.”
“Not very helpful only wanted a loan for christmas and was passed on to different people trying to get me to sign up for numerous things I didnt want an didnt get my loan approved after all this anyway...I wanted a credit free check so gauranteed a loan and was left feeling unsatisfied”
“1st guy spoke to VERY helpful, thou told me about a £5 charge, which don't mind., then he passed me through to energy comparison lady, not very nice had awful tone when I told her I did not wish another guy to finalise loan he out phone down on me. Not good service. But 1st guy lovely”
