“ I was not satisfied with one of the two products purchased. Their return and refund policy is absolutely terrible. I had difficulty reaching support. Their email communication is severely lacking and confusing. I was denied a refund. I was sent another product that I refused several times. I was a first time buyer and WILL NEVER order again. ”
