“ The ads claim free returns if you aren’t 100% satisfied but they don’t tell you until you try to return things that they’re going to charge you a fee to return it. ”

“ I did keep the one bra but I had ordered 5 items and I was very disappointed. And the when I processed my returns somehow some of my money went to a gift card. I DID NOT WANT! When I tried to contact you to clear up this situation I still haven’t received a response. I just wanted to get things cleared up and get my refund. ”
