“ Terrible return experience. Advertisements say ‘easy returns’ but that’s 100% not my experience!! Buyer beware. They don’t stand behind their claim. ”

“ The ads claim free returns if you aren’t 100% satisfied but they don’t tell you until you try to return things that they’re going to charge you a fee to return it. ”
