“ I have been trying for 2 weeks to get some assistance on exchange my 3 products for a different size. All I've been told to do is go via the returns portal however when I type in my order number it says order cant be found. I have send several emails & have now started to write negative comments on facebook posts. The only responses you give is via a BOT! so dissapointed ”
