“Bought a piano stool (which are kinda pricey) and other ancillary items. There was a sizeable scratch on one of the legs of the piano stool. Tried to contact Sheargold to ask what they could do about this (maybe a modest partial refund or the offer to replace) and they completely ghosted me. Kinda rude. Wouldn't recommend, please don't waste your time with these people.”

“From the moment I purchased my Piano, the After Service has been appalling! From delivery to tuning referral to giving basic piano information, they have been severely lacking in Professionalism.”

“Rescheduled twice, finally managed to get to my place after I complained. Made all sorts of inappropriate comments during the move. Didn't check there was a table underneath the piano installed in my, which broke the marble table during the trip. A distressing experience overall.”
