“I had some trouble finding the products I was looking for but Shelter offers alot and at lower prices than other webshops. Everything went very well but it took quite long time to aquire the products. That's because Shelter uses GLS and that isn't a good thing, especcialy for transportation to the Netherlands. You can opt for express delivery but at 25 euros that's way to expensive. I'd rather see options as DHL of Fedex so you can choose a transporter who is faster and keeps you better informed about the delivery.”

“Ordered aNuPhy Air96 V2. Keyboard arrived in a ~week. Everything's great just that the keyboard was a bit "bent in" so e.g. when you press the left Ctrl it wiggles a bit. Don't know it was a defective product or this happened during transit. Anyways managed to almost fixing it by benting it back in place and it's fine now. Also got the nufulio case which again is alright but I have to say that it looks better and more premium in the pictures than it is irl. Still does the job just don't know if I'd spend north of 30€ that it costs irrc. Overall shelter experience was nice. Customer support replied promptly and was very polite & helpful :)”

“Quick delivery to Lithuania. Ordered on a Tuesday night and got it on Friday. The packaging is okay, but the filler could be on both sides of the shipping box since my package got a puncture on the top, I was lucky that the filler was on that side, if it was on the bottom the contents could be seen and my purchased keyboard could've gotten damaged. For some reason, the zip code I entered in the shop and the one I got in the GLS delivery email did not match, but thankfully the package was able to reach me without problems. The Nuphy keyboards have quite some markup, but I guess their only competitor right now within the EU is... Nuphy themselves. If you are unsure about buying directly from Shelter.shop, they also have listings on amazon.de where you will have Amazon customer protection and a longer return window of 1 month, although at some extra cost. Overall, I had a positive experience and in the future, I would like to buy a wrist rest and the Nuphy low-profile moss switches, whenever they begin to stock them.”

“I bought some Kailh Super Speed Copper switches. They don't feel as crisp as my old box browns, but they do deliver on the speed. The Shelter shopping experience was nice, but shipping was a bit expensive.”
