“The order was processed swiftly and the keyboard arrived within 2 days in Germany with GLS. The parcell was well protected. The price was fair, I would have paid ~20% more at a distributor within Germany. I am happy with the order and would order again.”

“Ordered a bunch of stuff from here, always shipped fast and came nicely packed. They also seem to be the only importers to Europe for some keycaps and switches, and I appreciate not having to go through customes and be surprised with various duties and taxes. Would recommend!”

“Can't give a review as my order has not been delivered yet. It has been 11 calendar days / 7 working days. Even though the promise was 3-4 working days, I have not received my items in double the maximum promised time, so I cannot give a review of the product, but review of the 'service' is very negative.”

“8 days and still no package. From Poland to Finland should not take this long and the fact that they sent me a an email asking for a review kinda proves it. Since the shop itself has nothing to do with the quality of the hopefully-soon-to-arrive product, can't really recommend them. Obviously, Shelter has outsourced the delivery service (GLS) and maybe this is not common, but I doubt I'll be trying them again.”
