“This is the third keyboard I have bought from Shelter Shop and all of them have been wonderful. The Lowfree Flow 2 - 84 did come with two faulty switches, which require multiple presses before registering. In my case, the Enter key and the F1 key. Customer service at Shelter Shop will jump through hoops not to fix this 2 euro problem, and since these Pulse switches are not (yet) readily available on the after-market, I had to change them out for switches of key I rarely use (in my case, F3 and F4). Not a big deal with hot swappable swicthes, but Shelter Shop's unwillingness to simply replace the switches definitely does not reflect well on their customer service.”

“The order was processed swiftly and the keyboard arrived within 2 days in Germany with GLS. The parcell was well protected. The price was fair, I would have paid ~20% more at a distributor within Germany. I am happy with the order and would order again.”

“Ordered a bunch of stuff from here, always shipped fast and came nicely packed. They also seem to be the only importers to Europe for some keycaps and switches, and I appreciate not having to go through customes and be surprised with various duties and taxes. Would recommend!”
