“Bought Nuphy Air96v2 (black one with cowberry switches). Keyboard is a pure joy to use and to type - this is the best low-profile mechanical keyboard I ever owned. Order was processed and registered with courier service in less than 2 hours from the moment of purchase. More than so, it was delivered in 2 days from Wroclaw to Vlinius, which is insane - local e-shops always take their time with delivery, and they should learn from Shelter how to be a client-oriented business. Can't recommend enough this keyboard and the shop itself - definetely will order again from Shelter.”

“I had some trouble finding the products I was looking for but Shelter offers alot and at lower prices than other webshops. Everything went very well but it took quite long time to aquire the products. That's because Shelter uses GLS and that isn't a good thing, especcialy for transportation to the Netherlands. You can opt for express delivery but at 25 euros that's way to expensive. I'd rather see options as DHL of Fedex so you can choose a transporter who is faster and keeps you better informed about the delivery.”

“When you mention 3-5 days shipping, and don't make that, I expect to be informed accordingly. I didn't hear anything. Even now that we're 8 days later. Worse: I asked, and haven't heard anything back. Maybe this is a fraudulent company? Be aware!”

“Ordered aNuPhy Air96 V2. Keyboard arrived in a ~week. Everything's great just that the keyboard was a bit "bent in" so e.g. when you press the left Ctrl it wiggles a bit. Don't know it was a defective product or this happened during transit. Anyways managed to almost fixing it by benting it back in place and it's fine now. Also got the nufulio case which again is alright but I have to say that it looks better and more premium in the pictures than it is irl. Still does the job just don't know if I'd spend north of 30€ that it costs irrc. Overall shelter experience was nice. Customer support replied promptly and was very polite & helpful :)”

“Compré el teclado de Dragon ball super, el modelo ese de 5075b. La pillé aquí porque no había Stock y era un regalo para un colega. Me la jugué un poco sin saber casi nada de la tienda pero me ha llegado, mi colega la ha abierto y parace que está todo bien, por eso escribo la reseña. Desde aquí Madrid ha tardado más o menos 1 semana. Satisfecho me hallo c: Si tienes pensado comprar. Pongo un vídeo de mi colega para que se vea que no es mentira xD”

“I have searched for specialized websites on mechanical keyboard and accessories for a long time but never did I cross shelter. I did not have a great experience with normal profile mech keyboards. However, i was willing to try the low profile ones. After checking the website I found a nice range of products that really please the eyes, from keyboards, accessories, furniture, tools, cleaning products etc. The only issue is that there's too much I want to buy. Buying experience was great: there are options regarding shipping (normal and express). Maybe packaging could improve a little (lots of material filling above items that greatly help with impact but not below the item). All in all, a great experience and keeping my eyes on the shop website.”
