“Quick delivery to Lithuania. Ordered on a Tuesday night and got it on Friday. The packaging is okay, but the filler could be on both sides of the shipping box since my package got a puncture on the top, I was lucky that the filler was on that side, if it was on the bottom the contents could be seen and my purchased keyboard could've gotten damaged. For some reason, the zip code I entered in the shop and the one I got in the GLS delivery email did not match, but thankfully the package was able to reach me without problems. The Nuphy keyboards have quite some markup, but I guess their only competitor right now within the EU is... Nuphy themselves. If you are unsure about buying directly from Shelter.shop, they also have listings on amazon.de where you will have Amazon customer protection and a longer return window of 1 month, although at some extra cost. Overall, I had a positive experience and in the future, I would like to buy a wrist rest and the Nuphy low-profile moss switches, whenever they begin to stock them.”

“Excellent service and excellent products. The Halo65, the BBK keycaps and the additional GhostBars are top of the line. I really regret not buying the 65/75% wrist rest as well. I will definitely buy from this store again in the future.”

“An excellent store with really good products and a stock of really cool keyboards that are shipped from Poland, so the Europeans don't have to wait a lot for their products. The order gets processed quickly and the shipment happens fast. Totally recommended!”

“Fast shipping and received item is exactly as expected. For the Nuphy price within the EU, we pay quite a bit more, but Shelter was the only shop I found selling those (I suppose import taxes and an extra layer of an additional profit margin play a role). The packaging was great and the keyboard is perfect. I also made a mistake with the shipping address and the Shelter shop was cooperative in communicating a change to the post company and all worked out nicely. Would recommend.”
