“I wanted to support an independent bookshop and not just buy from a faceless large group who deliver the same day. My book was pretty much the same price and came swiftly. If we don’t use independent bookshops we wont have any choice in who to buy books from!”

“I’ve just received’Wintering’ to give as a Christmas present, which I chose following seeing their instagram review for Christmas books. The delivery and ordering process was easy and prompt. The choice of books available from the shop are different from the run of the mill bookshops, which I love, and with the theme of the the natural world running through them all feels more relevant for todays concern for the the planet.”

“I have ordered a few beautiful books from Sherlock and Pages. There is a great variety of titles (my wish list is getting longer by the day!). The delivery takes only a few days and are wrapped well. I know I could probably buy the books from Amazon but I'd rather pay the extra £2 to £3 to know that I am supporting a small business in the UK. I'm hoping that in the not too distant future I'll be visiting your lovely shop in person.”
