“First of all the merchandise is not as shown in the picture. This Patio set is not for adult size as the seat is less than three from the floor, and I have to get on my knees to sit on it. Secondly, the box was damaged in transit and one of the crossbars is broken. Next, I ordered Brown not beige. This Patio setr is unacceptable and I wish to return it for a refund.”
“scam!!! I set up this app and then went to file a claim & I was told they don't cover International shipments. Which according to their website, they do, but in actuality they do not!! However they charged my international customers for the protection upon checkout!! So my customers (and myself) believed they are covering the orders ! customer service is terrible, tookt weeks to even get an answer. An absolute scam! Am out of hundred of dollars & am so disappointed. DO NOT download this app!!”
