“Ill make this short, Ordered on the 16th of May, said it was delivered on the 22nd of May however nothing in my mail box. Submitted a claim to ShipInsure and was told they would do nothing until the 26th of May. Its now the 27th of May and still nothing, no product no refund no worth while e-mails with a simple solution...Replace it as I requested. This was for a graduation gift but I just gave him a IOU but who knows when this company will handle it! Total joke on responses or help, I HIGHLY regret buying from this company. All hype and not a single bit of help to get this corrected! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON SHIPINSURE!”
