The item has arrived at the local FedEx facility and not moved. As per tracking provided to the customer. We have received Zero comms from the customer to this issue. We are following up now with FedEx as to why THEY have not finished delivery. We guarantee delivery of ALL SHOC orders. We appreciate customers expect timely deliveries and we do try our best. Delivery is the responsibility of FedEx, not SHOC but we are accountable for following up with them. To ensure the customer receives what they pay for. If there is a delay it really helps us to receive a communication to our support email at Sales@shoc.com This would allow us to at least provide you customer service and ensure the item does arrive, We can not fix what we don't know about.
