After playing in 2 games the SHOC visor is so scratched up he can't use it anymore. Worse visor purchase in 9 years. Doesn't have an option to add a picture but he's so unhappy that the first time I let him chose & the product is sub-par!😒

Yes our Visors are plastic. Like ALL visors in the market. They are NOT scratch proof. The face-masks on football helmets can and will have exposed metal from wear and tear. All it takes is one opponent with exposed metal to ruin a visor. There is nothing that can be do to stop this from occurring. The highly mirrored clear mirrored option will show scratches more than a clear visor.

The customer has thankfully sent in photo of the damage. As you can see the scratches are very deep grooves into the plastic. This is caused by exposed metal on the opponent’s helmets facemask. This happens when the plasti dip wears down and teams don’t recoat the facemasks on the helmets. It leaves very sharp edges. It only takes one player to have exposed metal like this. There is no visor in the market that can prevent metal to plastic contact from scratching a visor. We do have an anti scratch coating. But always we declare that the visors are NOT scratch proof. They will only stand up against incidental contact scratching of non metal components.

I'll go ahead and explain here why Ricky is Not ordering again. So there is some context to this review. The customer is upset because their perception of 2-7 days is 2 days from the minute they order. We spell out our shipping policy. It is 2-7 business days. It is not 2 days. We also are not a 24/7 warehouse. So we process your order the next day from when it is placed. We do our best to get items out as fast as possible but yes we do run into some huge delays. This was not the case. This is a case of unreasonable expectations because the customer has assumed it was 2-day delivery. The order was delivered within 3 business days and we are well within the time that was quoted. Thanks for your feedback!

Customer purchased item on the 24th of June after warehouse hours. Selected upgraded shipping to 3-5 transit days. We do not ship on weekends as per our shipping policy outlined on website. Order was shipped on Monday the next business day the 27th. And delivered as per tracking on the 29th of June. That’s 2 business day delivery, and less than the 5 days from when ordered. We have no other emails from customer in regards to an issue with this order. So have no ability to assist any further. If customer would kindly take a minute out of their day to contact us, we will resolve immediately if we’ve made an error on the order. Yes, SHOC is not perfect and mistakes can be made on orders. But we can not assist anyone if we don’t find out first. Thanks

We try our best, we use FedEx 2 day express. It’s THE fastest service out and we chose them because they are the most reliable. We can not foresee a Blizzard. Sorry your item is 3 days late. We’ve had customers over two weeks during this period. SHOC ships out the packages as fast as possible. We are not the carrier and we rely on others to make timely deliveries. When one of THE worst blizzards in recent history coupled with Covid issues hits the system, delays can occur.

Customers we appreciate feedback. Most of all we appreciate the ability to have a chance to provide you customer service. When you do not receive the item and you have tracking information from FEDEX, NOT SHOC that states that its been delivered, it is not our fault. Please do not instantly leave us negative reviews PRIOR to contacting Sales@shoc.com Please just give us a chance to provide you the customer service you demand. In these situations 1. The item has been stolen by Porch Piracy or 2. FEDEX the Delivery Company has mishandled and lost your item. Neither of these points have been caused by our company, but because of a negative review like this, it is very detrimental to our business. Especially when you have done nothing to give us a chance to repair it, We have no idea that there is an issue as you have done nothing to notify us. This is entirely unfair for us as a company. We attempt to address ALL issues. And we try our best for a positive outcome. This type of review is totally unfair for us. I have provided photo evidence of the delivery of the item to the customer.

Here is the Tracking Delivery Confirmation. The customer still claims undelivered. So either the item was stolen or FEDEX lost the delivery. We requested the customer to allow at least an additional day as quite often FedEx will turn up with the package on the following day. We are still waiting for Mr.Roche to reply to us so that we can close out his claim.

Do NOT buy from them. I received the wrong visor & I have emailed them 3 times and they will not email me back. Horrible experience and I won’t do business with them again. I am considering suing this company.

The customer received the correct item but in the wrong box. So they were confused as to what they had received. They emailed us on our old email sales@shocvisor.com several times and received no reply. It wasn't until we received this negative review that we knew that there was an issue. We moved this email address about 3 years ago to sales@shoc.com, unfortunately, our sever drive filled on shocvisor.com, and the old email address stopped forwarding to the new one. We understand why The Mathis family was frustrated. We have since disabled the old address entirely and reviewed all old shocvisor links to remove them. We communicated with the customer and ensured them they had the correct item. We pride ourselves on fast effective communications of issues and we apologize that a technical error caused this issue to escalate.
