The first and only practice we had with it it got so scratched up it is hard to see out of!!

As stated on our website, visors are NOT scratch proof. The game of football is a contact sport. Football helmets have metal facemasks. Visors are plastic. It only takes one opponents facemask with exposed metal edges to scratch a visor. No visor can prevent this and could get scratched at any time.

Visors are nice and very creative, also fit good on my helmet, however my clear mirror visor I ordered had a scratch when I first opened it, I am hoping to get compensation for it sense I spent 65 dollars on it and it had a scratch

We apologize for recent delays in shipping. We had our biggest season ever, a massive backlog and lost several staff in the middle of it from our shipping team. Received the wrong visor, It has been over a week and have no status of the correct visor being sent. but they have already sent the return label

We sent the correct item the same day the return label was sent. Suggest maybe to check your spam folder as the tracking information will be there. Cheers

I ordered a infelders visor and paid extra for shipping so I could get it here faster. And it said 3 to 5 days but It took 7 days. Very disappointed.

Thank You, Mary, for your feedback. As we have spoken MANY times previously, we are terribly sorry your unachievable expectations were not met. The Customer purchased on a weekend Sunday the 25th. We are not a 24/7 warehouse operation. We shipped out on the 29th as we had some labour issues in the warehouse. Fed Ex does not deliver on weekends in the customer's zone. The product was delivered on Monday the 3rd. We are also short staffed due to the current covid-19 pandemic and FedEx has also told us numerous times their whole system is overwhelmed due to the pandemic and delays are expected. We are trying our best to deal with this situation that EVERYONE is affected by, we'd really appreciate some patience, especially when it is out of our control. We refunded ALL extra charges paid by the customer. We are NOT the shipper FedEx is. We DO NOT control shipping times FedEx does. Our quote is for 3-5 TRANSIT Days. So please consider this when ordering.

The customer has left this comment as their item is delayed due to the recent blizzard in the US. We have provided this feedback and they are obviously frustrated. The entire FedEx network, which is the carrier, is backed up. We are having several issues at this time with normal delivery times. We have contacted FedEx multiple times and this is the feedback for this reason. There is nothing that SHOC can do to speed up the delivery. We endeavor to be transparent about our shipping policies online and they are ALL stated. Unfortunately, there are delays that occur that are out of our control, and we do appreciate it when customers can be patient enough to allow for the carrier to deliver their items.
