Worst online experience ever, customer service staff unable to accept concept of next day delivery: if ordered late Tuesday, shoes should be sent out Weds and delivered Thursday.

All I can say is please don’t order from this company it’s an absolute joke I paid for next day delivery which was £6.95 for my daughters birthday and it arrived 11 days later after numerous emails as they don’t accept phone calls never again.

Given notice that the shoes weren't wanted if not arrived by Saturday, shoes arrived Monday!!! Had to chase up refund and finally almost a month later refunded, 12 emails all told I've sent, wasted so much time, frustrated and angry.

They acknowledged receipt of my item on 2nd January as seen in pic I posted and was told it would take 10 working days for my refund to be processed as it used to before.

Refund wait is 14 Working days! Thats after Evri deliver to their warehouse. Unrealistic timeframe for an online retailer. Wont be using again

Attractive prices, yes, but the majority of shoes they sell are damaged in some way and "customer service" doesn't exist - Shoeaholics prefer to insult and inconvenience well-meaning customers, offering nothing to suggest they're apologetic for their shoddy practices.

Ordered some trainers & the money was taken from my account but they never dispatched or arrived! I’ve raised this with the company several times & so far their only response was to re order & pay again! Terrible service
