“Love the boots, the colour, the style, they are true to size. The only drawback that I have found is is, it's slightly difficult putting them on and taking them off even with a side zip, I have to loosen the lacers as well, hence the 4 stars”

“My order was delivered promptly and the quality of shoes was good but the size 39 was too big. I have returned them by post and as discussed by phone I would like size 38 instead. My apologies but I didn't realise that I had to use the original wrapping and I binned it.”

“A very speedy delivery of my boots. I had to return them to the shop to exchange for a bigger size than I normally wear. It would have been helpful in the description of them online that they are fur lined therefore requiring me to upside. However the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant and I got my boots. Very happy customer 😀.”
