“I returned boots that I wore around the house briefly and they would not accept them, very disappointed.”

Hello Unfortunatley, we had to return the boots to you as there was obvious signs of wear and they were not in a resaleable condition. When trying on shoes we would always recommend doing so on a carpeted surface to avoid causing signs of wear on the outer sole. Regards, Martin

“Well, I returned my shoes & they went missing!!!! Never happened to me before. The post office also said that it very rarely happens. So I won’t be purchasing from you again!!!!!”
