“I ordered blue boots and got green n Boots”

“Hi So disappointed with the new style propert sandal it is not a patch on the last pair I had so I have had to return them I hope propets go back to making the sandal they have before it was a brilliant sandal but 5 stars to quick service and delivery”

“I returned boots that I wore around the house briefly and they would not accept them, very disappointed.”

Hello Unfortunatley, we had to return the boots to you as there was obvious signs of wear and they were not in a resaleable condition. When trying on shoes we would always recommend doing so on a carpeted surface to avoid causing signs of wear on the outer sole. Regards, Martin
