“Hi there. My package has still not arrived. A post seem to have sent it all around Dublin and not to my home yet. Not really the shops fault but not ideal !!”

Hi Deirdre, Our sincere apologies for this delay. I have just checked the tracking details with An Post, and I can see the parcel has been marked as delivered today. Unfortunately, they had sent it to the wrong delivery office which caused this delay. We're very dissapointed about this, as our customers usually receive their parcels within 1-2 working days. “Shoe Horn company fine. Quality of Josef Siebler footwear has deteriorated Leather not good quality at all from what it was. Did love Siebler footwear; but sadly not now: such a pity. I think it is,the quality of leather they are using.”

“Very prompt delivery and service.. but unfortunately the shoes were very poor quality they had a screw which has broken through the inside of shoe in the heel area .. only wore them once will have to return them they were expensive ..very disappointing shoes.”

“Swift delivery but trainers were returned due to sizing on 10/11/2023. It's nearly two weeks and I'm still waiting on a refund”

“It was a good service until I had to change the two pairs of shoes I had bought I had receipts but discarded the box's so I have two pairs of shoes size perfect except they were not wide fitting. Kind regards Patricia O Byrne”
