“The staff were so friendly and helpful when I phone re a damaged shoe, they requested a photo of same, they apologised that this had happened and immediately offered a replacement pair or refund, new pair arrived following day, excellent service, I have shopped in Shoe Horn for many many years and will definitely continue to do so.”
