“I was very pleased with the purchase of my boots from The Shoe Horn the quality and fit are excellent and your communication was excellent but unfortunately it took 5 days for on Post to deliver the boots they notified me on the Tuesday to say they would be delivered but didn’t arrive till the following Saturday where as this not Shoe Horns fault it might be worth your time to try and sort out what happened with on Post as this could impede future purchases from your shop I tried communicating with on Post but to no avail and I feel as you provide an excellent service it would be a shame for on Post through poor communication to cause any damage to your lovely business.”

“Rather than post back my wife's online order ( as the shoes didn't quite fit ) we had time and decided to drive up to Skerries to visit the shop itself; as we had previously been there. The atmosphere in the Shoe Horn is somewhat unique, in the it is so relaxing and the staff know how to leave a customer to their own time, to look around and mull over their decision. My wife mulled for a good bit, and ended up with two new pairs of shoes.!”
