“Excellent service. Order arrived very fast. Unfortunately I had to return something. At first I thought the process seemed complicated but it wasn’t and the shoehorn gave detailed instructions so it ended up I returned shoes free and with little difficulty. I was amazed to get confirmation of their having arrived equally quickly (good Irish postal service) so I would definitely use The Shoehorn again and recommend to friends. Buying shoes online is tricky but The Shoehorn made it simple and a pleasure”

“I have purchased three pairs of shoes/trainers online and they're customer service/care team are just excellent prior to purchasing I contacted them via phone and they were just so helpful. Their delivery service is second to none also I had an issue with one pair and again when contacted they were just so helpful and sent a free returns voucher for An Post and followed up with a refund email next day. What a brilliant efficient company”
