“I had never shopped on this site before but loved the sandals that I had seen. I bought size 6.5 & on arrival they were a bit small. I rang immediately & spoke to Nicola, she could not have been more helpful. She checked & held size 7, explained what I needed to do. It was so easy & free to return & I had my gorgeous sandals a few days later. Thank you Nicola & Shoe Horn, ye were brilliant & I will be a regular shopper now & have recommended ye to all my friends & family 👏👏👏”
