“Purchased 2 pairs of boots recently, one Reiker and the other Ara. Both fitted well and happy with them. Rang to check on the sizing of the Reiker and was advised that really you need to try on. If it didn't fit, there would be no problem returning for a better fit etc... Boots on both occasions were delivered next day by post. Very efficient service. Definitely deserve 5 star 🌟 service.”

“The shoes I ordered were beautiful but the size was too big so did the process of online exchange which I found very good as you didn’t have to re order another pair just a quick phone cal and they hold the size you require and I had the new size really fast There was a little mishap with the posting on my side but the staff at shoeHorn were very pleasant and polite and sorted it for me Well done to the staff”
