Hi Deirdre, Our sincere apologies for this delay. I have just checked the tracking details with An Post, and I can see the parcel has been marked as delivered today. Unfortunately, they had sent it to the wrong delivery office which caused this delay. We're very dissapointed about this, as our customers usually receive their parcels within 1-2 working days.
