“This was my first time buying footwear online and it won’t be my last with shoe horn. I had the best experience. Such a fast and efficient service. Boots were lovely, but didn’t fit. Spoke with Nicola and returned for a different size, which arrived quickly and fit perfectly. Excellent customer service, thank you.”
