I recently ordered a pair of DM (Adelaide) Henrietta Oxford shoes direct from DM's own website in their clearance sales - but they are only offering the Oxblood version in the sales. In fact the only other colour you can get direct from them (albeit full RRP price of £100/pair) are the Black ones. Through my online browsing, I found Shoes International (SI) and they're offering the DMs at £15 cheaper than full RRP! Plus they're offering the shoes in their original range of three colours (Oxblood, Black and Oak)! Because I am madly in love with the shoes, I ordered two pairs in the colour I don't already own. Having said that, I was fully prepared for SI to come back to me and say "sorry the manufacturer has stopped the Oak version, would you like to cancel it or order a different colour" etc etc etc... I put in my order on a Friday 5 August, by Monday 8 August I received an email telling me to expect delivery in 14 working days. Then yesterday Tuesday 23 August, I got an email telling me they've shipped my shoes and by 15:50 Wednesday 24 August I received delivery of both shoes!!! I am totally over the moon with the service... just BRILLIANT! I mean I have had no need to contact and communicate with them direct, but from reading all reviews I can imagine they'd be super efficient and super helpful! I would definitely be using SI again in the future and will honestly, "from bottom of my heart" kind, be recommending them to friends! Well done guys and keep up the good service! I love the personalised message in the box too! Note: (a) Chaps... despite the shoes being marketed for ladies... don't be scared, they're not too feminine and the heels are only about 1.5"! (b) If you are in between sizes (and have wide-ish feet) you ought to round it up to the next size up. In fact I originally ordered size UK6.5 when I ordered direct from DM but had to return it and re-ordered size UK7, because the shoes are a bit narrow. All in all, if you love the look of the shoes... go for it! I thoroughly recommend them and definitely recommend Shoes International!!!

“Great service. Unfortunately my partner did not like these so rather than sit in the wardrobe with her other 40 pairs of shoes, Shoe International gave me 100% refund. Would use this company again however check with first with my partner before ordering. 😁”

“Very efficient. After ordering I got an e mail telling me my order was being processed, then another e mail telling me when they would be delivered and by what method, and they arrived when expected. Can’t do anymore than that. Would recommend”

“I recently ordered a pair of sandals from Shoes International. I received confirmation and an expected date for delivery. I waited for the shoes to arrive - however, after a reasonable time, allowing for longer delivery time due to Covid-19, I had to email to ask when they might arrive. I was told they didn't have my email address. Slightly odd as this was included with order. The colour sandal I requested was now out of stock, so other colours were suggested, which I chose from, and am satisfied with the sandals, although not really my colour preference. Communications with Shoes International were very good, helpful, and the subsequent delivery was easy and prompt. An excellent service apart from the initial problem!”

Having looked at your images this looks like a superficial scratch which could easily be remedied with a little polish. We thoroughly check our footwear prior to despatch - I would think it most likely that this scratch occured during transit. “I'm very pleased. The shoes are not only comfortabel but they look really nice. The quality is excellent as well! As I live in Belgium the delivery was a bit late but I can understand this under the special circumstances we live in. I Will certainly order again!”

“I sent for a pair of sandals which arrived promptly. Unfortunately they were not suitable and I returned them. I had hoped they would be replaced with another pair I had selected but these were no longer available. Throughout I was very happy with the Shoes International staff who were unfailingly helpful and pleasant. I will be happy to use the company again.”

“My original colour choice of slippers were not available so had to choose another. Having said that I was contacted quickly and having had a pleasant discussion with them about the options the slippers were sent quickly and received in a couple of days”

“Good range and responsive customer service, and they even ship to Saudi Arabia. On the down side did not mention thry were sending by mail rather than courier. Took a bit longer to receive and I had to pick it up from the post office”
